How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all WhatsApp and email enquiries within 2 hours during business hours. For urgent repairs, call us directly.
Do you collect from anywhere in Barbados?
Yes — we service all parishes. Collection is always free, and we can usually arrange a same-day or next-day window.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. WhatsApp messages received outside these hours are answered the following morning.
Can I drop off my device instead of having it collected?
Collection is our default model. It is more convenient for us to collect your device since we have a small team and spend most of our days on the road. This is why we offer free collection and delivery for your convenience.
