How quickly do you respond?

We aim to respond to all WhatsApp and email enquiries within 2 hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm). For urgent repairs, call us directly.
Do you collect from anywhere in Barbados?

Yes — we service all parishes. Collection is always free, and we can usually arrange a same-day or next-day window.
How do I book a repair or rental?

Use the booking forms on our repairs or rentals pages, or simply WhatsApp us. We will confirm your collection window within the hour.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, and online transfers via CIBC First Caribbean International Bank and Barbados Public Workers Co-operative Credit Union. Bank transfers must be sent before we deliver your device.
Can I drop off my device instead?

Collection is our default model, but if you prefer to bring your device to us, contact us first to arrange a convenient time.
